We have a NO returns policy, which means once your order is placed, it is not refundable or exchangeable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 5 days from date of receipt to report an issue. If you fail to report an issue within this time frame, it will not be corrected and a new product must be purchased.
You may edit your design up to 2 weeks prior to your start date. Any edit requests submitted after this date will not be honored and payment is non returnable.
