- AFTER 90 DAYS OF HAVING YOUR TUMBLER, THE SOUTHERN HOUSE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF YELLOWING, CRACKING, SURFACE DAMAGE ETC. THESE FLAWS ARE NOT FROM OUR DOING AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY FORM OF REFUND, EXCHANGE OR CREDIT. THIS POLICY IS SEPARATE FROM OUR 5 DAY POLICY. SOME YELLOWING MAY HAPPEN DUE TO THE SETTLING OF YOUR PRESERVED MILK, HOWEVER YOUR MILK IS FULLY PRESERVED AND IS SAFE. YELLOWING CAN BE CAUSED BY STORING IN A WARM, WET CLIMATE, PLACED IN SUNLIGHT, OR GENERAL USE. THESE ARE HUST A FEW EXAMPLES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THESE.
- EDITS ARE ALLOWED THROUGH THE EDIT FORM UP UNTIL 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR ESTIMATED START DATE.
- IF YOU FAIL TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE, IT WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR ORDER.
- YOU WILL NOT BE PLACED ON THE LINE UP UNTIL YOUR MILK, AND/OR KEEPSAKE ITEMS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED, IF APPLICABLE.
- TURN AROUND TIMES ARE PUSHED 12-14 WEEKS FROM DATE MILK IS RECEIVED BY SHOP IF APPLICABLE TO YOUR ORDER AT THIS TIME.
- PLEASE NOTE, ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH THIS SHOP ARE HANDMADE. THIS MAY RESULT IN MINOR FLAWS OR IMPERFECTIONS IN YOUR CUP. THEY ARE MADE WITH LOVE AND HANDS, NOT A MACHINE.
- IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SHOP WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT. IF YOU FAIL TO REACH OUT, NO CORRECTIONS WILL BE HONORED.
- FLOWERS ARE PRESERVED, BUT PLEASE NOTE, EXPOSING YOUR TUMBLERS TO DAMAGING WEATHER, WASH OR USE COULD RESULT IN THEM TURNING. EXTENSIVE USE OF YOUR TUMBLER OR ANY DAMAGES MADE BY THE PURCHASER ARE NOT THE SOUTHERN HOUSE'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CORRECT.
- IF YOU DAMAGE YOUR TUMBLER, RESURFACING IS OFFERED AT A $20 RATE PER CUP (IF SALVAGABLE) AND THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENT COSTS BACK TO THE SHOP AND THEN BACK TO THEM.
- PLEASE NOTE, YETI UPGRADES DO NOT INCLUDE A STRAW.
- IF YOU FAIL TO MAIL YOUR MILK GREATER THAN 90 DAYS FROM PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A RESTOCK FEE OF $25. YOUR ORDER IS BUDGETED INTO SUPPLY FOR 90 DAYS ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED. AFTER THIS TIME FRAME, WE NO LONGER BUDGET YOUR ORDER FOR EXPENSES, HENCE THE RESTOCK FEE.
FLOWERS: Please note that greenery is included in all flower options, unless otherwise noted!
- For all file uploads, PLEASE ONLY upload SVG/PNG files!
- SEND ALL DECALS in SVG or PNG! Otherwise, I cannot guarantee the exact image!
- I will find the closest possible to your submitted image in SVG/PNG form!

- FABRICS: Please note, your fabrics will be cut down to allow correct placement
- ASHES: Please note, you only need to send us 1 TBSP of ash to complete your cup. This will be sprinkled into your milk bath.
GLITTER: Please note that your glitter may be dulled due to milk bath. By placing and paying for this order, YOU ARE AGREEING YOUR GLITTER MAY BE DULLED. I AM UNABLE TO CONTROL THE WAY YOUR MILK RUNS ON YOUR CUP THROUGHOUT THE CREATION PROCESS.
- If you want more than just a single name on your cup, please select the multiple names option, and type them in the multiple names/quote box ONLY.
- If you only want just a single title, there is no need to fill in the quote/multiple names box
- If the decal image you want is a photo of a cup that I have already done, that is fine as I already have the file.
